Priceless

Cost of tickets: $30, Cost to park downtown $5, Cost of watching little faces enjoy every minute of High School Musical - PRICELESS!!
On Thursday evening Jeanne and I took our kids plus my nieces Taylor and Madison to see High School Musical on Ice. We started the evening off with dinner at Pizza Street where chocolate pizza was the most consumed. We then headed downtown to see the show and wow how hwy 40 is coming along. Parking was not bad at all, we parked across the street from the arena so we could exit quickly.

The show was a hit. At first Kyle asked if it would be dark in the arena and I said yes why, "well that way I will be able to take a little nap!" He is not the biggest fan, but wanted to go because everyone else was going. Well do you know what he asked this morning? "Can we use our same tickets from last night to go again?"

Madison bought the cotton candy for a low price of $12, although it came with a Troy silver hat. I decided I would split the cost with her so she could keep the hat as a souvenir and share the flavor filled sugar with the family. Well in the end, she gave Chase the hat to keep - what a trooper! Taylor was tempted to buy a voice activated microphone for $20, but I convinced her that it would not be working by the end of the week! We splurged on popcorn and crazy $12 snow cones, but everyone had a great time. Madison was the lucky one to sleep in today because she started spring break, but for the rest of us we are just happy it's Friday! I feel a nap coming on today!
