The humidity today was rough. I tried to run three miles and the weather got the best of me, still nursing a low back pain. As for the rest of the day, we headed off to the pool, Abbi slept till 10:00 am, which allowed us time to pack and be off with lunch and snacks in hand by 12:00. The pool felt like bath water, but it kept us cool. We lasted till 3:00 with the Schultz's and Stotler's. Jeff is out of town on business, so we are spending the rest of the evening relaxing and planning for our trip to The Ozarks next Monday with my dad and Karla.
