Saturday, July 10th I competed in a 5k race. Hope for Haiti 5k. This race I ran alone, I wanted to see what my time would be on the Katy Trail. This path was a little different from the one I ran with Nancy. The sun was out and made it hot! I completed the 5k in 28.46 and came in 3rd place in female bracket age 30-39! Amy and Jeff were there to root me on!
